Introduction

FORGYEN (“FORGYEN”, “we”, “us”) is a strategic marketing and business growth company founded in Oman and working with businesses across the GCC. This policy applies to this website and to the communications that follow when you contact us through it.

It does not apply to other websites or services that this website links to, which have their own privacy policies.

When you request a discovery session using the form on our homepage or on the Discovery Session page, you can provide:

Information collected with your request

To help us understand how people find us, the form also records which page the request was made from, the page you first arrived on, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (for example utm_source or utm_campaign). It also records the language of the page you used and the date and time of your request.

Technical information

Like most websites, the services that deliver this website receive standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This is described under Third-party services.

Respond to your discovery session request and contact you on WhatsApp to arrange a suitable time.
Understand your business before the session, using the details you choose to share.
Understand which pages and campaigns lead people to contact us, so we can improve our website and communications.

Website forms and communications

Discovery Session form

When you submit the Discovery Session form, your request is sent to FORGYEN and stored in the administration area of this website, where only authorised members of the FORGYEN team can see it. A notification containing the details of your request is also sent to our business email address, [email protected].

We use your request to contact you on WhatsApp and arrange your session. Submitting a request does not book an appointment.

To protect the form against spam and abuse, the website keeps a coded (hashed) version of your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It is kept separately from your request, expires after 24 hours, and is then deleted automatically.

WhatsApp

We contact people who request a discovery session on WhatsApp, using the number they provide. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC, part of Meta, and messages you exchange with us there are also handled under WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by telling us in the conversation.

Cookies and website technologies

This website does not set cookies, and it does not use analytics tools or advertising pixels.

If you arrive through a link with campaign tags, those tags and the address of the page you arrived on are kept in your browser’s session storage, so they can be included with a discovery session request. This information stays in your browser, is removed when you close the tab, and is not sent anywhere unless you submit a request.

If we introduce analytics or similar technologies, we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent.

Third-party services

This website relies on a small number of external services:

WhatsApp is used to contact people who request a discovery session, as described above.
Website hosting. The provider that hosts this website stores the website and its database, including the Discovery Session requests submitted through the form, and may keep standard server logs of requests, such as IP address, date and time, and the page requested, to deliver and secure the website.
Website security and delivery (Cloudflare). Visits to this website pass through Cloudflare, which protects the website against attacks and abuse and delivers its pages. To do this, Cloudflare processes technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested.
Email. Notifications of new requests are delivered to our business mailbox through the email service provider we use.

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this website and communicate with you, such as those described above, or where we are required to do so by law.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share Discovery Session requests outside FORGYEN other than with the providers that host this website and deliver our email.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to your request and keeping appropriate business records, unless a longer period is required by law.

Discovery Session requests are deleted automatically from the website 90 days after they are received, and you can ask us to delete your request sooner. Copies of the notification in our email account, and in the website’s backups, are kept under the retention of those systems and are not deleted at the same time.

We take reasonable steps, appropriate to the nature of the information, to protect it against loss and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask us:

Children’s privacy
